Google cannot access CSS and JS files on your website

Some had issues following the email sent by Google Search Console: Google cannot access CSS and JS files on your website.

This email was notifying you that Google Bot was not able to crawl CSS and JS files on your website.

This is because of some restrictions in your robots.txt file.
To solve your issue, you should add the following lines in your robots.txt:

Allow: /*.js$
Allow: /*.css$
If you don’t have a robots.txt in the root folder of your WordPress installation, you should create it with this content:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /*.js$
Allow: /*.css$

Custom Taxonomies in WordPress and QTranslate translation

When using Custom Post types with Custom Taxonomies an

QTranslate works with Custom Post Types in strange way and it have problems with translation options

After googling I found a nice solution to force it to parse taxonomies.

Add this into your Template functions.php at the end of the file, and QTranslate will work properly.

function qtranslate_edit_taxonomies(){
$args=array(
‘public’ => true ,
‘_builtin’ => false
);
$output = ‘object’; // or objects
$operator = ‘and’; // ‘and’ or ‘or’

$taxonomies = get_taxonomies($args,$output,$operator);

if ($taxonomies) {
foreach ($taxonomies as $taxonomy ) {
add_action( $taxonomy->name.’_add_form’, ‘qtrans_modifyTermFormFor’);
add_action( $taxonomy->name.’_edit_form’, ‘qtrans_modifyTermFormFor’);
}
}
}
add_action(‘admin_init’, ‘qtranslate_edit_taxonomies’);

and good luck.
